BALSAMIC YOGURT DIP

yields: 25 servings (2 Tbsp./serving)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-1/2 cups Dannon® Oikos® Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup minced red onion
  • 2-3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar and garlic. Reduce on medium heat until only 1/4 cup remains, then cool.
  2. Combine yogurt, onion, and parsley with cooled balsamic and mix well. Serve as desired.
