BALSAMIC YOGURT DIP
yields: 25 servings (2 Tbsp./serving)
INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cups Dannon® Oikos® Greek Nonfat Yogurt
1 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 cup minced red onion
2-3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
In a small saucepan, combine vinegar and garlic. Reduce on medium heat until only 1/4 cup remains, then cool.
Combine yogurt, onion, and parsley with cooled balsamic and mix well. Serve as desired.
