POST WORKOUT POWER SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup SilkĀ® Original Soymilk
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana*
  • 1/4 small avocado
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/8 tsp. turmeric, if desired
  • * Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add water to reach desired consistency.
