INGREDIENTS:
1 cup SilkĀ® Original Soymilk
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/2 frozen banana*
1/4 small avocado
1 cup mixed greens
1/8 tsp. turmeric, if desired
* Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing.
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Add water to reach desired consistency.
