POST WORKOUT POWER SMOOTHIE
yields: 1 serving
- 1 cup Silk® Original Soymilk
- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana*
- 1/4 small avocado
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric, if desired
- * Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Add water to reach desired consistency.
