VEGAN CALIFORNIA BURGERS
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 vegan patty of your choice
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 gluten-free bun
- 1⁄4 cup So Delicious® Dairy Free Cheddar Shreds
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sweet corn
- 2 Tbsp. red onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup radish sprouts
DIRECTIONS:
- Grill the vegan patty and top with So Delicious® Dairy Free Cheddar Shreds to melt.
- To help melt the So Delicious® Dairy Free Cheddar Shreds, add 1 Tbsp. of water onto the griddle and cover with a lid or steamer for about 2 minutes, or until So Delicious® Dairy Free Cheddar Shreds have thoroughly melted.
- Assemble burger with toasted gluten-free buns and your favorite vegan mayo.
- Top with avocado slices, tomatoes, onions, corn relish, and sprouts.
