VEGAN CALIFORNIA BURGERS

yields: 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 vegan patty of your choice
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 gluten-free bun
  • 1⁄4 cup So Delicious® Dairy Free Cheddar Shreds
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet corn
  • 2 Tbsp. red onion, diced
  • 1⁄2 cup radish sprouts

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Grill the vegan patty and top with So Delicious® Dairy Free Cheddar Shreds to melt.
  2. To help melt the So Delicious® Dairy Free Cheddar Shreds, add 1 Tbsp. of water onto the griddle and cover with a lid or steamer for about 2 minutes, or until So Delicious® Dairy Free Cheddar Shreds have thoroughly melted.
  3. Assemble burger with toasted gluten-free buns and your favorite vegan mayo.
  4. Top with avocado slices, tomatoes, onions, corn relish, and sprouts.
