Danone US, LLC - Sides PESTO DRIZZLE ON JERSEY TOMATOES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 x 5.3 oz. pkg. Dannon® Oikos® Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt (1/2 cup)
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared pesto
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar or lemon juice
  • 3 Ripe tomatoes sliced into 4 slices each
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a bowl combine yogurt, pesto, parsley and vinegar, mix well. (This can be used as a vegetable dip)
  2. Slice tomatoes and place on a platter. Top the tomatoes with yogurt pesto and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
