INGREDIENTS:
1 x 5.3 oz. pkg. Dannon® Oikos® Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt (1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp. prepared pesto
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. white vinegar or lemon juice
3 Ripe tomatoes sliced into 4 slices each
1 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl combine yogurt, pesto, parsley and vinegar, mix well. (This can be used as a vegetable dip)
Slice tomatoes and place on a platter. Top the tomatoes with yogurt pesto and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
