CREAMY ASIAN SLAW

INGREDIENTS:

  • Salad
  • 1 (12-oz.) bag broccoli or traditional slaw mix
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
  • 1 medium red pepper, julienne
  • Dressing
  • 1/4 cup SilkĀ® Organic Unsweet Soymilk or Unsweet Almondmilk
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or veganaise
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. rice or cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine slaw and vegetables in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
  3. Add dressing to slaw and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
